About the Role The Plant HR Head Shared Services will be responsible for leading the complete HR function for both LICO Materials Pvt. Ltd. (Lithium-ion Battery Recycling) and Everta under a centralized Shared Services model.
The role will ensure standardized HR processes, workforce planning, employee relations, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, payroll governance, contract labour management, industrial relations, administration, and employee engagement while partnering with business leaders to achieve operational excellence across both organizations.
The incumbent will act as a strategic HR Business Partner while ensuring seamless HR service delivery to both manufacturing entities.
Role & responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
Partner with Plant Heads, Functional Heads, and Leadership Teams of LICO & Everta.
Align HR strategy with business objectives.
Support organizational restructuring and workforce planning.
Drive organizational effectiveness and productivity initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
2. Shared Services HR Operations
Lead centralized HR Shared Services for both companies.
Standardize HR policies, SOPs, and employee lifecycle processes.
Ensure timely onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Monitor HR service delivery SLAs.
Drive HR process automation through ERP/Darwinbox.
3. Talent Acquisition
Develop manpower planning in consultation with business heads.
Lead recruitment for staff, engineers, supervisors, and leadership positions.
Manage contract manpower hiring through vendors.
Develop campus hiring and apprenticeship programs.
Build talent pipelines for critical positions.
Improve hiring turnaround time and quality of hire.
4. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
Maintain harmonious employee and industrial relations.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Conduct domestic enquiries where required.
Drive positive employee engagement initiatives.
Build a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with Standing Orders and labour laws.
5. Performance & Talent Management
Drive Performance Management System (PMS).
Facilitate goal setting and performance reviews.
Identify high-potential employees and succession plans.
Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Coordinate leadership development initiatives.
6. Learning & Development
Identify competency gaps.
Develop annual training calendars.
Coordinate statutory, technical, behavioural, leadership, and compliance training.
Measure training effectiveness.
7. Compensation & Benefits
Coordinate payroll processing.
Ensure timely salary disbursement.
Review salary benchmarking.
Support annual compensation reviews.
Administer incentive schemes, retention plans, and employee benefits.
Manage employee insurance and welfare programs.

Manage manpower contractors.
