We are hiring our first Finance Manager at Robonetics Automation LLP!
We are Indias only bootstrapped, profitable autonomous forklift manufacturerwith full IP ownership, CE certification, and ~55 units deployed across top FMCG, tyre, automotive factories, and 3PL warehouses.
We grew from 4.6 Cr to 10 Cr in a single yearprofitably. Now, we are gearing up to reach 25 Cr in FY27.
You will be a true business partner to the founders, owning the numbers, compliance, MIS, cash position, and financial strategy end-to-end.

What Youll Own
FP&A & Books Close: 5-day monthly close, MIS generation, annual budgeting, and audit leadership. Finance Automation & Power BI: Moving beyond manual spreadsheets to automated Power BI dashboards and AI-assisted task workflows.Cash Flow & Capital Allocation: Managing rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts, working capital lines, and lease/outright deal mechanics.Factory Costing & Inventory: Standard costing, BOM build-up, and monthly inventory controls.Credit & Statutory Compliance: End-to-end receivables management, GST/TDS/Income Tax filings, and LLP-to-Pvt Ltd conversion guidance.
