Role Description The Senior Manager / AVP Gold Loan Business & Operations at Faridabad will lead and manage the gold loan vertical, ensuring smooth branch operations, business growth, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines. This full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad involves overseeing daily gold loan processing, supervising valuation and documentation, and implementing policies and SOPs for branch and back-office operations. The position is responsible for driving sales targets, monitoring portfolio quality, managing risk and audit requirements, and optimizing processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring and training staff, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular business and operations reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
Graduate/MBA/CA preferred.812 years experience in gold loans.Minimum 35 years managing multiple branches or a cluster.Experience with an established NBFC/bank such as Muthoot Finance, Manappuram, IIFL Finance, HDB Financial Services, Fedfina, Rupeek or another established gold-loan lender.Personally experienced in:Gold appraisal and fraud detectionGold-loan LOS/LMSLTV and pricingPacket sealing and vault custodyBranch audits and reappraisalCollections and auctionBranch launch and employee trainingRBI, KYC and AML complianceCurrent gold-loan manager roles combine business growth with strict LTV, purity, safe-custody, portfolio-quality and audit responsibilitiesnot sales alone. .
