We are looking for candidates from Life Insurance who have managed bancassurance, NBFC and microfinance channel partners.
Job Purpose
Manage key accounts in Bancassurance - NBFC/MFI, develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, analyze market trends and competitor activity, identify new business opportunities, and increase revenue growth.
Role & responsibilities
Manage and grow key Bancassurance partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, and Microfinance Institutions (MFIs).
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth through partner channels.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including business heads, regional managers, and branch teams.
Identify opportunities to increase insurance penetration and maximize sales across assigned partner accounts.
Monitor partner performance, analyze sales data, and implement action plans to improve productivity.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, operations, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless partner support and issue resolution.
Organize product training sessions and sales enablement programs for partner sales teams to improve product knowledge and conversion rates.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend effective business strategies.
Identify and onboard new business opportunities within the Bancassurance, NBFC, and MFI ecosystem.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies while managing partner relationships.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.
