Overview

As a seasoned Global Payroll leader at Multiplier, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations across 150+ countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement. Your key responsibilities will include: - End-to-End Global Payroll Management: Supervising payroll processing for internal employees globally to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Staying updated on global payroll regulations and tax laws to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence. - Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize payroll workflows and address operational challenges. - Payroll Controls & Audit Readiness: Implementing pre-payroll validation checks and real-time controls to ensure transparency and audit readiness. - Process Optimization & Automation: Identifying opportunities for streamlining payroll processes through technology adoption to enhance efficiency. - Payroll Dashboard & Reporting: Developing insightful dashboards and analytics for payroll trends, compliance metrics, and cost optimization strategies. - Team Leadership & Development: Leading and mentoring a high-performance team to drive continuous learning and process excellence. Qualifications required for this role include: - 14+ years of experience in Global Payroll and HR Operations in a multi-country environment. - Expertise in international payroll compliance, tax laws, and statutory requirements. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure payroll accuracy. - Stakeholder management experience and proficiency in payroll technology and automation tools. - Effective leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams. - Excellent communication and reporting abilities to translate complex data into business insights.
