Senior Manager - Wealth Operations - Multi-Family Office & Advisory Firm

As a Sr Mgr - Wealth Operations, you will be at the heart of ensuring seamless and efficient operational support for our high-net-worth clients. Your day-to-day will involve managing trade operations, ensuring KYC compliance, resolving client queries, and collaborating with various internal teams, including relationship managers, compliance, and technology. This role directly impacts client satisfaction and the firm's reputation by ensuring accurate and timely execution of wealth management activities.

- Process and execute trade orders accurately and efficiently for various asset classes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Conduct thorough KYC and AML checks on new and existing clients, maintaining up-to-date client profiles and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Resolve client inquiries and operational issues promptly and effectively, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. - Collaborate with relationship managers and other internal stakeholders to streamline operational processes and improve overall client experience. - Monitor and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and implementing necessary controls. - Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to trade operations, KYC compliance, and client interactions. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to manage trade operations, including order processing, settlement, and reconciliation, with a strong understanding of financial markets. - Proven expertise in KYC and AML compliance, with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices. - Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Mumbai. .
