Position: Senior Manager Record to Report (R2R)Experience: 1012 YearsLocation: AhmedabadFunction: Finance & AccountsCompany: Arvind LimitedRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SeniorManager Record to Report (R2R) to oversee end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities. The incumbent will ensure timely financial closures, maintain compliance with accounting standards, drive process efficiencies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to support business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end R2R processes, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Accruals, Provisions, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.Review journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.Prepare and analyze financial reports and support statutory and management reporting requirements.Ensure adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), internal controls, and company policies.Coordinate with internal and external auditors and facilitate audit requirements.Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.Collaborate with AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and business teams to resolve accounting issues and support business needs.Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to service levels and timelines.Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.Support ERP enhancements, process transitions, and transformation initiatives.QualificationsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.1012 years of experience in Finance & Accounting with strong exposure to Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.Strong expertise in Indian Accounting (Ind AS / Indian GAAP) is mandatory.Experience in a Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, or multinational manufacturing environment is preferred.Proven experience in SAP ERP and strong knowledge of financial reporting and controls.Proven experience in leading and managing teams of approximately 20 members, with a focus on people development, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.Preferred SkillsExposure to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or Shared Services environment.Exposure to managing finance operations for global entities and collaborating with international stakeholders.Experience in process transitions, standardization, and transformation initiatives within a GCC setup will be an added advantage.If you are passionate about driving financial excellence and contributing to a high-performing finance organization, we invite you to join Arvind Limited and be part of its growth journey. .
