Being human-led is our true disruption.What Youll Do Partner with business stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights using big data platforms and advanced analytics tools.Implement predictive modelling, machine learning, and Dataiku workflows, along with data visualization and automated analytics pipelines.Manage a portfolio of business within a specific category (such as US, Sams, Grocery, Returns, etc.) for Warehouse Supplier concierge process, including overseeing the team and workflow.Assist in developing guidelines that govern carrier claim collections within the assigned category.Identify opportunities for improving processes and systems to prevent leakage and collaborate with the appropriate business area to implement these changes.Work closely with US team to collect funds from carriers, carrier fraud detection, and implement changes that reduce leakage.Lead forensic analysis of high-value shortage claims ($10,000+) to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.Monitor trends and anomalies in AP transactions and supply chain data to proactively identify risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and external partners to resolve discrepancies.Develop and refine processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in shortage claim handling.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and data-backed insights.What Youll bring Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale big data analytics programs with measurable business impact.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.Expertise in SQL programming, big data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data governance best practices, with Dataiku experience as an added advantage.Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improving processes and systems to prevent leakage.Deeply understand business operations, challenges, and pain points.Bridge the gap between business processes and requirements.Translate operational insights into actionable technical and analytical solutions.Lead initiatives that improve the accuracy of claims, automate processes, and enhance visibility for stakeholders.Experience in developing guidelines that govern carrier claim collections within the assigned category.Ability to manage a portfolio of business within a specific category for Warehouse & stores processes, including .
