- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms like surveys or assessments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12-15 years of experience 2 years as Senior Manager Training in Learning & Development or Training function in BFSI industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
