- Document and create test cases based on requirements and user stories
- Identify, track, and resolve issues related to the digital assistant experience
- Ensure the product meets the highest quality standards
- Enhance user experience and improve overall product reliability
- Maintain consistent communication with Elseviers team for progress updates and collaboration

Qualifications Required

- Proven expertise in Kore AI and QA processes
- Strong background in structured testing, including creation of test cases and timely issue resolution
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and updates
- Ability to proactively manage tasks and deliver results without supervision
