Lead testing strategy, planning, and execution. Mentor and guide team members professional development. Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality goals. Ensure quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement. Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced proficiency in system testing methodologies and test documentation creation. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing processes. Advanced knowledge of test planning, execution, error reporting, and verification procedures. Effective project management and organizational skills. Experience with API, integration, and data testing. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and decision-making abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in deadline-driven environments. Ability to learn and apply new technologies and software platforms. Must Have Skills: Manual testing leadership experience Strong testing and defect management expertise Agile methodologies Team mentoring and stakeholder communication Good to Have Skills: Exposure to automation frameworks DevOps/CI-CD understanding Domain knowledge (Healthcare/Compliance preferred) Working Hours: India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT Experience Level Senior Level .
