Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and native platforms
- Monitor performance metrics, extract insights, and drive continual improvement
- Lead media conversations with internal teams, aligning creative, strategy, and servicing functions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, representing the agency in QBRs and business reviews
- Develop training modules and documentation to standardize media operations
- Drive award-worthy case studies & support pitch planning with strategic inputs
- Conduct account audits for prospects, identifying opportunities for growth
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure quality delivery within budgets

Qualifications Required
**
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and media planning
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, and native ad platforms
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools to streamline reporting and enhance planning efficiency
- Experience across verticals like E-commerce, BFSI, Real Estate, Mobile, and Travel
- Proficiency in analytics platforms like GA, Appsflyer, SimilarWeb, Adobe Analytics, and CleverTap
- Strategic mindset with a curiosity to learn and adapt in a fast-moving digital landscape
- Strong client communication and presentation skills
