We're hiring a Microsoft Dynamics ERP + AI Engineer.
Full-time. Based in Malaysia. Visa and relocation from India fully sponsored.
Zero Forg is an AI-driven operations intelligence company for manufacturing and industrial environments. The platform ingests data from cameras, machines, sensors, and existing factory systems, and turns raw operational signals into real-time, actionable insights across quality, safety, and efficiency. As part of our expansion, we are hiring a senior engineer to own the Microsoft Dynamics ERP and AI-integration side of the stack in Malaysia.
The role
You will own the ERP customisation and AI-integration work end-to-end: implementing Microsoft Dynamics to fit the operating model, building the extensions and integrations that make it work in production, and bringing AI models and data pipelines into the ERP so operations and the back office run on the same live data.
Day-to-day you will:
Lead Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation and customisation
Design and build extensions, modules, and integrations on Business Central, Dynamics 365, or Finance & Operations
Integrate AI models and data pipelines into the ERP
Own data models, workflows, and reporting on the ERP side
Partner with internal engineering, data, and business teams on rollouts and scale
Support and enhance deployed installations, and train internal teams
What we are looking for
5 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Business Central, Dynamics 365, or Finance & Operations)
Robust ERP customisation experience: X++, AL, extensions, Power Platform, workflows, custom reports
Real technical experience with AI: ML models, data pipelines, or AI integrations into business systems
Solid understanding of ERP data models across finance, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing
Experience integrating ERP with third-party systems and APIs
Currently based in India, open to relocating to Malaysia (visa and relocation fully sponsored)
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with internal and customer teams
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
