The Role
As a Loan Officer or Sales Manager, you will:
Originate residential mortgage loans and grow your referral network.
Lead borrowers through the loan lifecycle with expert guidance.
(For Managers) Mentor a team and drive regional production goals.
What You Bring to the Table
Active NMLS License (Required)
2+ Years of recent mortgage origination experience, or 3+ Years for Sales Managers.
A proven track record of developing referral relationships and the ability to source your own business
Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and a client-first mindset.
