Responsibilities
**
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers, promoting a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement
- Design and implement scalable web applications using .NET, Angular, and MS SQL Server
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with DevOps tools and Jenkins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Apply insurance domain knowledge to solution design and delivery (Preferred)
- Integrate and manage IAM solutions, especially Azure AD B2C (Good to have)
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- 10 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Proficiency in .NET (C#), Angular, and MS SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Proven track record in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline setup (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
**Preferred:**
- Experience in the insurance industry
**Education:**
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
