01Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure systems Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures Implement network security measures and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Basic Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR Diploma with 5+ years of experience in Network Operations, OR Functional Skills: Must-Have Skills: Previous, or current, CCNP certification (required) Proven experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies (required) Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers (required) Proficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions (required) Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.) Experience with network security concepts and implementation Good-to-Have Skills: CCIE certification Experience with SD-WAN solutions Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.) Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with network monitoring tools Knowledge of ITIL practices Experience with DevOps, S/W development and scripting Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SD-WAN) Familiarity with network orchestration platforms Good knowledge of industry tools Professional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role): CCNP certification (previous or current) (mandatory) CCIE certification (preferred) F5 Certified Administrator (preferred) Infoblox certification (preferred) Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities Team collaboration and knowledge sharing Adaptability to changing priorities and technologies Shift Information: This position requires you to be onsite and participate in 24/5 and weekend on call in rotation fashion and may require you to work a later shift.
