Role : Senior Network Security Lead
Exp : 14+
Location : Pune (No relocation Candidate only Candidates from Pune and Mumbai )
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days (serving Notice Period)
Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of network and security engineers
Provide technical direction, standards, and best practices across regions
Act as the senior escalation point for complex global incidents and outages
Coordinate global changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities
Ensure consistent network and security posture across all locations
Network & Security Engineering:
Design, implement, and support enterprise network and security solutions
Lead troubleshooting of complex Layer 2 / Layer 3, firewall, and wireless issues
Ensure designs align with security best practices, compliance, and business requirements
Cisco & Network Technologies:
Architect and support Cisco Routing & Switching environments
Design and operate Cisco ISE(802.1X, MAB, Guest, Profiling, TrustSec)
Utilize Cisco DNA (Catalyst Center)for network design, provisioning, and assurance
Design and support enterprise wireless networks(Cisco WLC, RF optimization)
Security & Firewalls:
Design, deploy, and manage Fortinet FortiGate firewalls
Configure and support firewall policies, NAT, VPNs (IPsec / SSL), SD-WAN, and HA
Lead firewall audits, rulebase optimization, firmware upgrades, and security hardening.
Operations, Governance & Tools:
Oversee incident, problem, and change management for global network services
Participate in CAB and security review forums
Use network management, monitoring, and logging tools to ensure service health
Ensure documentation is standardized, audit-ready, and globally consistent
What We're Looking For:
Required Experience & Skills:
10 14+ years of enterprise network and security experience
Proven experience in a senior or lead role managing global teams
Strong expertise in:
Cisco Routing & Switching
Cisco ISE
Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls
Cisco DNA (Catalyst Center)
Enterprise Wireless (Cisco WLC)
Experience supporting business-critical, multi-region environments
Tools & Platforms:
Network monitoring and management platforms
FortiManager / FortiAnalyzer (preferred)
ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Logging and SIEM platforms (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Cisco CCNP or CCIE (Enterprise or Security)
Fortinet NSEcertifications
Cisco ISE or Security specialization
Wireless certifications (Cisco or CWNP)
Experience working in global, follow-the-sun operations models
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Strong technical leadership and mentoring capability
Excellent communication with global teams and senior stakeholders
Ability to balance security, availability, and user experience
Calm and decisive during incidents and outages
Ownership-driven mindset with strong accountability .
