Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts across diverse non-IT industries.
Understand client hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
Eligibility:
3 - 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or recruitment consultancy.
Proven experience handling multiple client mandates simultaneously.
