Responsibilities Handle static data change requests for customer accounts Perform pre-processing checks, including verifying the completeness of customer requests Process Service requests such as Static data amendments, REKYC, Dormant account activation, Account closure, etc. Ensure timely completion of requests with accuracy Demonstrate a basic understanding of RBI KYC Master Direction Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and automation Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient in using relevant banking and financial systems Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Adaptable to changes and willing to learn new skills Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
