Senior Operations Executive

Manage day-to-day Payment Gateway operations , including Payin, Payout, Settlement and Reconciliation. Handle merchant onboarding, KYC verification and operational coordination . Monitor transactions and resolve transaction-related issues within defined TAT. Prepare and maintain daily MIS, settlement and reconciliation reports . Coordinate with Banks, Acquirers, Payment Gateway partners and internal teams . Handle refunds, chargebacks and dispute-related operational activities . Monitor transaction success rates, failures and other operational parameters. Coordinate with the technical team for API/integration and transaction-related issues . Ensure proper follow-up and closure of merchant queries. Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with internal processes. Identify operational gaps and support process improvements. Required Skills: 35 years of experience in Payment Gateway / FinTech Operations . Good understanding of Payin, Payout, Settlement, Reconciliation and Chargebacks . Experience working with Merchants, Acquirers and Banking Partners . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets . Ability to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
