About the Role
The Sr Manager will be responsible for overseeing US mortgage operations, ensuring compliance with US mortgage guidelines, and managing a team of professionals in a work from office model.
Mandatory : NMLS Certification is Mandatory ( Please don't apply if this Certification is not done)
Responsibilities
- Expert level knowledge of US mortgage guidelines, documents and various mortgage processes in Originations. Preferably in underwriting
- Experience in managing back-office mortgage Operations in outsourced setting and capable of managing 80+ FTE
- 13+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in underwriting
- Experience in managing large teams
