Oracle Cloud ERP Senior Functional Consultant (O2C) Oracle Cloud ERP Senior Functional Consultant (O2C)1 Key Responsibilities Track Leadership: Lead and own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) functional track across both full-lifecycle implementations and Managed Services environments. Module Ownership: Architect, configure, and support Oracle Cloud Receivables and Advanced Collections modules, including robust Dispute Management processes. Cross-System Integration: Oversee the functional dynamics and data flows across integrated ecosystems, specifically tying together Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle Subscription Management, and core financial tracks. Reporting & Analytics: Design and build critical operational insights utilizing BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reporting tools. Technical Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis on complex application issues, utilizing SQL queries to debug system defects and accelerate resolution times. Team Leadership: Act as a strong functional anchor, translating intricate business problems into clear technical requirements, and guiding the delivery team to achieve critical project milestones. Required Experience & Qualifications Experience: 8+ years of strong functional expertise in Oracle ERP applications (Cloud and/or EBS). Process Mastery: Deep domain knowledge of the comprehensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process cycle. Core Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL query writing, data analysis, and standard Oracle reporting tools (BIP, OTBI). Problem-Solving: Proven track record in advanced issue debugging and system troubleshooting. Delivery Versatility: Demonstrable experience balancing the structured rigor of implementation projects with the agility required for Managed Services (support). Experience Level Senior Level .
