YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a qualified Order Management expert to be a part of our company.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Order Management and Logistics Analyst ensure timely order fulfilment, from order entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. This role requires coordinating with various departments, optimizing logistics operations.
Proficiency in ERP - SAP modules is mandate
Validation and Processing Customers Orders. Modification and Cancellation of Orders Process Returns.
Creation of delivery and shipment documents and integration with load building, mode planning and route optimization steps.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
YOUR PROFILE
Problem-solving skills for handling exceptions
Apply predictive analytics to anticipate market changes and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication for cross-functional coordination.
Flexible to work in all the shift
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
