Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pay & Bill Specialist to manage complex EMEA pay, billing, invoicing, collections, and reporting activities. This is a senior Individual Contributor (IC) role and does not involve team handling.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), staffing/payroll finance, or timesheet-driven billing environments, along with hands-on expertise in Salesforce or similar billing and workflow systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Pay & Bill operations for complex clients and entities across the EMEA region.
- Handle billing, invoicing, payment processing, collections, reconciliations, and related financial activities.
- Review and validate timesheets and timesheet-driven billing data to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Manage complex AP and AR transactions and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Perform account reconciliations and support accurate financial reporting.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, payroll teams, finance teams, and operational teams.
- Manage collections activities and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
- Use Salesforce or similar systems for billing, invoicing, collections, workflow management, and reporting.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on billing status, outstanding receivables, payments, and operational issues.
- Resolve complex client/entity-related pay and bill queries independently.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, process adherence, and timely completion of activities.
Mandatory Skills
- 12-15 years of overall experience for the Senior Pay & Bill Specialist role.
- Strong hands-on experience in Pay & Bill operations.
- Experience in AP and AR processes.
- Background in Staffing, Payroll Finance, Recruitment Finance, or Timesheet-Driven Billing environments.
- Strong experience in Billing, Invoicing, Collections, and Reconciliations.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce or similar systems for billing and reporting workflows.
- Experience handling complex clients, entities, and financial transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a senior Individual Contributor role.
