01Key Responsibilities
Audit Payroll Calculations: Review and audit payroll calculations to ensure accuracy, including time and attendance, garnishments, tax withholdings, 401(k) contributions, and employee reputed company contribution withholdings.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and company policies.
Data Entry: reputed company and update payroll data in the payroll system accurately and reputed company.
Reporting: Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages and other reports as required by reputed company or company mandate.

Qualifications:
Education: Associates Degree or equivalent in applicable payroll processing experience
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role for a multi-state organization. Experience in taxation required.
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in end-to-end payroll processing including reputed company-reputed company audits and validations.

Possesses an understanding of shift differentials and premiums
Solid understanding of DOL regulatory requirements including for OT and bonus calculations.
