Senior Podcast Video Editor Remote We are a growing content production agency helping podcasters, founders, and businesses turn long-form conversations into high-quality video and social media content. We are looking for an experienced Podcast Video Editor with a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, sound and visual quality. This is not an entry-level position. We want someone who can take raw podcast footage and independently turn it into a polished, professional final product. Responsibilities Edit 45120+ minute podcast episodesMulti-camera editing and professional camera switchingAudio cleanup and enhancementColor correction and visual consistencyRemove unnecessary pauses, mistakes and fillerAdd captions, lower thirds, graphics and B-rollCreate polished YouTube-ready videosRepurpose podcast episodes into engaging Shorts/ReelsFollow client branding and editing guidelinesHandle revisions and meet deadlinesRequirements 3+ years of professional video editing experienceStrong portfolio in podcasts, interviews, YouTube or similar contentExcellent understanding of pacing and storytellingStrong audio and visual editing skillsExperience with Premiere Pro or similar softwareGood attention to detailReliable communication and deadline managementAbility to work independentlyExperience with After Effects, motion graphics and professional color grading is a plus. What We Value We are looking for an editor who understands that great editing is more than simply cutting footage. You should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual composition and audience retention and be able to make creative decisions independently. We prefer clean, premium and professional editing over excessive effects and transitions. Compensation 20,00060,000 per month equivalent, depending on experience, portfolio, project scope and workload. This is a contract/project-based position, so compensation is based on actual project work and is not a guaranteed monthly salary. High-performing editors may receive ongoing projects as our agency grows.
