Responsibilities
- Participation in the ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Change and Order Management
- Assisting in the developing business reports for higher management and clients.
- Manage the complete processes in patch, release, and Capacity Management
- Support for the central control operating processes, especially at the interfaces
- Cooperation in quality assurance and building internal workflows
- Assisting in the calculation of process performance for customer orders
- Planning of data processing and consolidation of data sources
Requirements
- Business graduate with 5+ relevant experience in business process engineering
- Expertise in ITIL & ITSM concepts ITIL V3 Certification is a must
- Extensive experience in the processes of Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Sound knowledge of IT service operations
- Experience in the areas of process design and control
- Robust communication skills with good command over English
- Good presentation skills and team skills
