About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer to join their thriving operations in Ahmedabad , focusing on the Petrochemicals and Energy sectors. Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize existing chemical processes to improve efficiency, yield, and safety. Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Conduct process simulations using software like Aspen Plus or HYSYS. Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical solutions to production challenges. Lead process design reviews and HAZOP studies for new projects and modifications. Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in process engineering . Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering , preferably within the petrochemical or energy industry. Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus). Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mass transfer.
