Senior Procurement Specialist

Vendor Profiling, Empanelment & Relationship Management Drive vendor profiling, capability assessment, empanelment, and periodic vendor review for regional procurement needs. Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance on commercials, service quality, delivery timelines, and operational commitments. Savings / Commercial Negotiations Lead commercial evaluations, quotation comparisons, and supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms. Track savings, cost control, and value realization through structured sourcing and commercial discipline. Risk Management - Analysis & Mitigation Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, compliance, supply continuity, and execution risks across procurement activities. Support due diligence and build mitigation plans to reduce business and operational exposure. Procurement Operations and Governance Ensure strong process discipline through documentation, audit readiness, policy compliance, and system hygiene. Maintain sourcing records, comparison statements, negotiation notes, MIS, and closure documentation. Stakeholder Management Partner with Projects, Operations, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and Business teams to align sourcing with scope, budgets, and timelines. Build strong cross-functional coordination to ensure timely closure of procurement requirements. New Initiatives Identify new products, technologies, and solutions that improve cost, efficiency, and customer experience. Drive cost optimisation and support AI adoption to improve procurement effectiveness and decision-making.

Relevant experience in Opex procurement, specifically regional facility and center-level sourcing.PG/Engineering background preferred, but not mandatory. Graduation is mandatory.Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.Experience in Retail, Hospitality, QSR, Healthcare, Wellness, Coworking, Facilities, or Real Estate is preferred.Location: NCR 1 | Hyderabad/Chennai 1 | Mumbai/Pune 1 Travel Requirement: Up to 50% Years of Experience: 3 to 4 years .
