Senior Product Experience Analyst

As a Senior Product Analyst at Wise's APAC Payments Team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions to support the fast-growing payment infrastructure in APAC. Your main responsibilities will include: - Owning the performance monitoring and alerting process for payment integrations, ensuring optimal latency and success rates. - Sizing and tracking the performance of new banking partner integrations, identifying optimization opportunities for cost-efficiency. Your experience should include at least 4 years in a data-driven and complex environment, with a strong product intuition, especially in the banking and financial industry. Proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools is required, along with experience collaborating with technical teams.
