Senior Product Manager-Digital Lending (Consumer Loans)

Job Requirements About the Role The Senior Product Manager Digital Lending (Consumer Loans) will be responsible for scaling the banks digital lending business within the retail banking segment. This role focuses on developing compelling value propositions to expand products, channels, customer segments, and geographies. The incumbent will drive cost-efficient and technology-enabled solutions to meet customer banking needs, while fostering strategic partnerships and building robust systems, processes, and teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Retail Assets, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing & Transformation, Policy, Operations, Collections, and Technology will be key to success. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Lead the Digital Lending Consumer Loans business to drive volume growth and profitability.Guide product distribution to achieve scale as per defined targets.Own the loan business P&L and ensure cost-effective operations.Collaborate with Technology and Digital teams to implement process improvements and innovations for a seamless online customer experience.Build and nurture strategic partnerships with brands and channel/product partners to enhance portfolio penetration.Monitor portfolio performance and quality, providing actionable insights to Product and Sales teams.Work with Business Analytics to identify growth opportunities and prepare for market dynamics.Standardize processes to ensure smooth functioning of the Digital Lending business. Secondary Responsibilities Enhance the online partner journey and customer experience to differentiate the bank from competitors.Assess feasibility of new initiatives across offerings, channels, and processes, and ensure effective implementation.Collaborate with internal departments to deliver best-in-class products and services. What We Are Looking For Education Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience Proven experience in digital lending, consumer loans, or retail banking.Demonstrated success in managing P&L and scaling digital products.Experience in strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
