Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the recruitment platform.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and user needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build and launch new features.
- Analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and technology landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
