01Responsibilities
Develop and execute a robust product strategy, vision, and forward-looking product roadmaps aligned with business objectivesTranslate complex business and healthcare operations needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and clear acceptance criteriaUtilize Agile methodologies to iteratively develop product features, respond to feedback, and refine offerings based on user insightsPartner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX design, marketing, operations, and architecture, to ensure cohesive product development and deliveryAnalyze user data, market research, and industry trends to establish performance metrics and drive data-driven product decisionsDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AILeverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline product management workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvementEvaluate emerging trends, industry standards, and innovative technologies to inform solution design and strategic product innovationProvide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior product managers to foster a collaborative culture of continuous learningManage the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and organizational policiesUtilize Agile methodologies to iteratively develop product features, respond to feedback, and refine offerings based on user insightsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). 12+ years of experience in product management or related technical leadership roles5+ years of experience specifically within healthcare, data science, or cloud technology domainsExperience managing the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including translating business needs into user stories and technical requirementsExperience leveraging data analytics platforms and establishing performance metrics to drive product decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered or machine learning solutions within healthcare or a regulated environmentDeep understanding of healthcare regulations, data security, and compliance standardsOutstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguityProven leadership and mentorship skills, with experience guiding and developing junior product managers or cross-functional team members
