Job Openings Senior Product Manager Equine Technology Platform Equinet - Lexington, Kentucky (Remote) Department Equinet Employment Type Full-Time Minimum Experience Senior Manager/Supervisor Compensation Starting at $90k DOE The Senior Product Manager - Equine Technology Platform (Equinet) is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of Equinets platform for the United States market. This role ensures the product aligns with real-world equine industry workflows and meets the needs of horse owners and equine professionals. The Senior Product Manager works cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to define product priorities, manage the product roadmap, and drive user adoption and engagement. This position plays a key role in ensuring the platform delivers value to users and supports Equinets long-term growth. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the U.S. market Gather and analyze feedback from horse owners, breeders, veterinarians, farriers, and stable managers to inform product decisions Translate user needs into clear product requirements and development priorities Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver product features and improvements Ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience across mobile and web platforms Monitor product performance using key metrics such as user engagement, adoption, and retention Support product testing, validation, and feature rollout with pilot users and industry partners Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product development aligns with business goals and market needs Maintain a clear and organized product backlog and prioritize development efforts Contribute to the long-term vision and scalability of the Equinet platform Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred 510 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership Entrepreneurial / startup mindset Experience developing or scaling SaaS, platform, or technology products Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap planning Experience using data and user feedback to guide product decisions Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced or startup environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in the equine industry, agriculture/AgTech, veterinary services, sports technology, or insurance Experience working with platform or ecosystem-based products Familiarity with managing products used by multiple user groups or industry stakeholders Key Competencies Strategic thinking and product vision User-focused problem solving Strong communication and collaboration skills Data-driven decision making Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment .
