Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for data platforms (CDP). Strategic Collaboration: Act as the primary technical partner to business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for data-driven growth. Technical Literacy: Convert complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical user stories and sprint tasks for engineering teams. Platform Architecture: Oversee the development of scalable data pipelines and curated datasets, ensuring they are optimized for high-performance AI/ML consumption. Data Governance & Quality: Champion the creation of well-modeled, discoverable, and reliable data assets that support specific, high-impact business use cases. Required Qualifications: Education: B.Tech, M.Tech/MS (Optional) Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management and Data Engineering Technical Proficiency: Experience in managing platform development across the SDLC Experience with data modeling, warehousing and designing ETL/ ELT pipelines Experience with SQL Experience in modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS RAKUTEN SHUGI PRINCIPLES: Our worldwide practices describe specific behaviors that make Rakuten unique and united across the world.
