Senior Project Manager (Contract) 10+ Years Experience (Chennai)

Location: Chennai (Onsite) Experience: 1520+ Years Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives across AI, Cloud, CRM, Mobile, and Enterprise Applications. The ideal candidate is a strong delivery leader with expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and managing cross-functional teams across global engagements. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through deployment and support. - Manage multiple Agile Scrum teams across onshore and offshore locations. - Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks. - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and delivery roadmaps. - Drive release planning, dependency management, and delivery governance. - Track project KPIs and provide regular status updates to leadership. - Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. - Mentor project teams and promote Agile best practices. Required Skills - 15+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise software delivery. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. - Strong experience managing Agile/Scrum projects. - Hands-on experience delivering AI, CRM, Cloud, Mobile, or Digital Transformation projects. - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SDLC best practices. - Strong stakeholder, vendor, and client management skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Technical Exposure - AWS and Microsoft Azure - REST APIs and Enterprise Integrations - SAP Integration - Commerce Platforms - Mobile Application Delivery (iOS/Android) - Drupal, Next.js, or other enterprise web platforms Compensation: 95,000.00 - 190,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District) .
