01Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for large, complex IT programs and accounts.
- Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, quality standards, and SLAs.
- Establish delivery governance, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for senior client stakeholders.
- Lead governance forums such as QBRs, steering committees, and executive reviews. Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
- Financial Commercial Accountability Own PL for assigned accounts/portfolios.
- Drive margin improvement, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations (MSA, SOWs, CRs). People Talent Management.
- Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and Project Managers. Drive capacity planning, utilization optimization, and pyramid health.
- Partner with HR on hiring, performance management, capability building, and retention. Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven delivery culture. Governance, Quality Compliance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, client, regulatory, and security standards.
- Drive quality assurance practices and continuous improvement.
- Support audits, reviews, and corrective action implementation. Transformation Innovation.
- Enable digital transformation, modernization, and automation initiatives.
- Encourage adoption of recent technologies, tools, and delivery accelerators.
- Collaborate with architecture and innovation teams on delivery roadmaps. .
