Senior Procurement Officer
The Senior Procurement Officer will coordinate the school purchases (local and overseas), deal with the vendor negotiations and analyze trends in vendor pricing and purchase activity to determine the correct timing of purchases and ensure best value for money; He/she will lead the Procurement Officer.

responsibilities
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority
- Invite, assess, award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals
- Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine document
- Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased
- Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance
- Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies
- Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management
