The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of mission-critical financial platforms through a combination of manual testing, automation, and modern quality engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases. Perform Manual, Automation, API, Database, and Performance Testing. Validate end-to-end payment processing workflows, including authorization, settlement, refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliations. Conduct Reconciliation and Settlement Testing to ensure financial accuracy and transaction integrity. Test payment gateway integrations and transaction processing systems. Build and maintain automation frameworks and test suites. Perform database validation and data reconciliation using SQL. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile environments. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Identify, document, and track defects through closure. Mandatory Skills 6+ years of QA experience Strong experience in FinTech, Banking, or Payments Domain Hands-on expertise in: Manual Testing Automation Testing API Testing Database Testing (SQL) Performance Testing Strong knowledge of: Payment Processing Systems Transaction Validation Reconciliation Testing Settlement Testing Chargeback Processing Experience with: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress Postman / Rest Assured JMeter or equivalent performance testing tools CI/CD Pipelines Agile/Scrum Methodologies Preferred Skills Experience with Mutation Testing and Quality Engineering practices. Understanding of Financial Back-office Operations. Experience in high-volume transaction environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
