01Key Responsibilities
Design & Execute Test Plans Independently develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios for Java and .NET applications
Automate Build, maintain, and expand automated test suites using established frameworks to increase coverage and release confidence
Troubleshoot & Debug Investigate complex defects across multi-tier systems; provide detailed root cause analysis and clear reproduction steps to development teams
Collaborate Partner with developers, technical leads, and product owners to clarify requirements, review acceptance criteria, and validate deliverables throughout the sprint
Uphold Quality Standards Enforce testing best practices, documentation standards, and defect management processes consistently
Continuous Improvement Identify gaps in test coverage or process efficiency and proactively propose solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of QA / software testing experience with demonstrated expertise testing Java and/or .NET applications
Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, RestAssured, Playwright, NUnit, JUnit, TestNG)
Solid understanding of RESTful API testing, database validation, and multi-tier application testing
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to isolate and communicate complex defects clearly
Comfortable working independently within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into DevSecOps workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
ISTQB certification or equivalent quality assurance credential
Background in financial services or regulated, high-availability environments
Agile/SAFe experience.
