Senior QA Engineer (AI Test Architect) (Noida | Immediate Join) Position Overview This is not a QA backfill. This is an architectural hire. We're embedding a Senior QA Engineer directly on the CommLoan product team (US-based CRE lending platform) to design the AI-assisted testing infrastructure that will scale quality across three parallel delivery tracks without adding QA headcount in 2027. The platform is releasing AI features on a 6-week cadence through December 2026. RAG-based pricing, agentic outreach, OCR document capture, LLM quote generation. These are the test scenarios that actually challenge you. Key Responsibilities Playwright AI + Testim automation infrastructure across all tracks 80% regression automation coverage by Q3 2026 Copilot-for-tests workflow AI-generated scripts as the default AI-specific test categories: hallucination testing, output consistency, latency benchmarks CI/CD integration on every PR and release build QA runbook that onboards any future hire without tribal knowledge transfer Required Skills Production-level Playwright or Selenium experience AI testing tools Playwright AI, Testim, Mabl, or equivalent CI/CD pipeline integration (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins) Framework design from scratch not just writing tests in someone else's setup Claude Code / Cursor / Copilot for test script generation already in daily use Experience writing test plans for non-deterministic AI outputs Role Details The AI bar is: 70% AI contribution target the highest on the team.
