Annova Solutions specializes in comprehensive HCC coding services, including retrospective, concurrent, and prospective record reviews for healthcare organizations. For concurrent and prospective engagements, the company provides end-to-end support covering pre- and post-encounter coding, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), provider education, and assistance in closing care and quality gaps. Annovas integrated approach is designed to ensure that risk-adjustable conditions are accurately documented and correctly reflected in claims. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end quality assurance strategy and execution for assigned applications.Analyze business requirements, user stories, and compliance needs to define test scope.Design, review, and execute manual and automated test cases.Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing.Develop and maintain automated test suites for critical workflows.Identify, document, track, and validate defects through closure.Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to ensure quality and compliance.Validate workflows involving PHI (Protected Health Information) handling.Ensure test coverage includes security, access control, data integrity, and auditability.Provide QA sign-off for releases and participate in release readiness reviews.Mentor junior QA engineers and review their test artifacts.Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and documentation.RequiredSkills & Experience4-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.Strong experience in manual testing for SaaS or web applications.Hands-on experience with test automation (UI and/or API).Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.Experience usingtest management and defect tracking tools.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Experience with at least one automation framework or tool such as: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent.Preferred / Good-to-HavePrior experience of working in US healthcare and insurance domain.Experience testing systems in HIPAA-regulatedenvironments.Familiarity with HITRUST-aligned controls is strongly preferred.Good understanding of Database and APIs.Understanding of- PHI handling, Role-based access control (RBAC) .
