Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines. Candidate Profile Minimum 7 10 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales. Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting, and claims process. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Wellestablished network with dealers, brokers, and channel partners in Odisha.
