Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines. Candidate Profile Minimum 7 10 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales is mandatory. Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting, and claims process. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Well-established network with dealers, brokers, and channel partners in Odisha.
