Senior Relationship Manager

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Niva Bupa, you will play a crucial role in managing the regional sales through the Bancassurance partner. Your primary responsibility will involve working closely with the partner channel, branch managers of the Banca partners, and customer service to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services to Banca beneficiaries. Key Responsibility: - Achieve the assigned annual target of the branch by driving sales across all customer segments, focusing on business mix in terms of blended premium and number of cases - Maintain cordial relationships across all ranks of the branch, resolve escalations within TATs, and support the bank's sales force in various activities - Conduct regular product training and refresher sessions for the sales force of the branch - Ensure activation of the bank's sales force on a regular basis and drive productivity by providing the right advice on health insurance solutions - Measure penetration across relationship managers, client base, and branch base - Engage in branch customer awareness programs and explore opportunities to bundle the health insurance proposition - Create mindshare across the branch leadership team and effectively drive reward and recognition programs for the bank staff Qualification Required: - A graduate degree holder in any discipline - 2-7 years of experience, preferably in Life/General Insurance Bancassurance or Relationship Management/Investment & Wealth Advisory in banks Additional Company Details: Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited is a joint venture between Fettle Tone LLP and the Bupa Group, with a focus on providing specialized healthcare services.
