Key Responsibilities
Recruit, activate, and manage insurance advisors/agents.Drive premium collection and achieve monthly business targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.Conduct regular training, motivation, and field support for agents.Ensure business growth while maintaining quality and compliance standards. .
