01Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and develop health insurance agents/advisors.
- Drive business through the agency channel.
- Maintain robust relationships with agents and ensure regular business generation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Conduct training and motivational sessions for advisors.
- Support agents in closing business and resolving customer queries.
