Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

As a Senior Relationship Manager within our Corporate Banking division in Chennai, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for a high-value portfolio of corporate clients. You will be responsible for driving the bank-s growth by identifying complex financial needs and delivering bespoke solutions across trade finance, treasury, cash management, and credit facilities. This role requires seamless collaboration with internal product specialists, risk management teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure the delivery of premium banking services. By acting as the face of the bank, you will play a pivotal role in deepening client relationships, ensuring long-term profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of credit quality and compliance within the competitive foreign banking landscape.

- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate clients by proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities to increase the bank-s share of wallet. - Structure complex credit proposals and financial solutions to meet the specific capital requirements of large corporate entities while ensuring adherence to internal risk frameworks. - Lead high-level negotiations with C-suite executives and treasury heads to secure long-term mandates and enhance client stickiness. - Coordinate with internal product teams to ensure the seamless execution of trade, forex, and liquidity management services, thereby improving the overall client experience. - Monitor portfolio health and market trends to provide strategic insights to senior management, ensuring the bank remains ahead of industry shifts and competitive pressures.
