Roles and Responsibility
1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of loans and minimize defaults.
2. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from asset loans and other banking products.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive loan market.
6. Build and maintain a strong understanding of banking products and services to provide expert advice to clients.
Job Requirements
1. Proven experience in asset loans, business loans, LAP, vehicle loans, or related fields.
2. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
5. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and loan processing systems is an added advantage.
