Key Responsibilities
Lead by Example: Influence and educate teammates by demonstrating best practices, providing clear direction, and elevating overall performance during live calls and coaching sessions.
Provide Constructive Feedback: Deliver timely, specific, and actionable verbal and written feedback to peers, supervisors, and leadership on quality, compliance, and timeliness expectations.
Conduct Quality Reviews: Perform detailed assessments of recorded and live customer interactions, focusing on product knowledge, call handling techniques, and adherence to arenaflexs standards.
Maintain Personal Proficiency: Regularly take inbound and outbound calls to stay current with evolving policies, product updates, and technology platforms.
Build Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations managers, training specialists, and senior leaders.
Facilitate Calibration Sessions: Lead and present at calibration meetings to ensure consistent interpretation of quality criteria across the organization.
Drive Training Initiatives: Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and rotational employees, focusing on quality standards, compliance, and customer empathy.
Ensure Timely Review Completion: Manage review queues to guarantee that all assigned interactions are evaluated within established service level agreements.
Identify Trends & Recommend Improvements: Analyze data to uncover recurring issues, then collaborate with training and operations teams to develop targeted learning solutions.
Support OfficeLevel Goals: Align quality assurance activities with broader departmental objectives, contributing to key performance indicators such as First Call Resolution and Net Promoter Score.
Essential Qualifications
Education: A bachelors degree is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in business, communications, or a related field.
Experience: 02 years of experience in customer service, quality assurance, or call center environments is preferred, though a strong aptitude for learning can compensate for limited experience.
